Founders Story
Anchor & Vine Retreat Center was founded by Cheryl and Derek Noe out of a calling to care for those who spend their lives serving others. Derek, a longtime firefighter and Deputy Fire Chief, has witnessed firsthand the emotional toll carried by first responders. Cheryl brings more than 35 years of nonprofit and ministry experience, along with a deep passion for helping people find healing and renewal through faith. Together they are establishing Anchor & Vine on the family farm in Cheatham County, Tennessee—a peaceful place where guests can rest, reconnect with God, and return to their calling renewed.
